Corazon

Eight-year-old Corazon lives by the river with her iná and amá, in a life shaped by steady work and held together by love. When Spanish colonizers take her father for forced labor and he never returns, loss begins to hollow their home, followed by displacement and her iná’s death. Left with only her wooden tagno and her mother’s stories, Corazon follows a messenger of the spirits toward Mount Isarog, believing that a hidden cave may lead her to the spirit world. As she ventures forward, she learns that grief does not erase love, but reshapes it, and that remembering is how she carries those she has lost with her.

Corazon is a 2D top-down language-based puzzle game where players guide an eight-year-old girl through a spirit realm as she seeks to reunite with her late mother. Players’ knowledge on Bicol vocabulary is challenged through puzzle solving and unlocking memories.
